2. Motive alcohol-based fuel
Mainly used for diesel vehicles, gasoline vehicles, engineering vehicles, generator sets, marine fuels, etc. This technology includes alcohol-based power fuels, national standard oil blends, environmental protection oil and diesel blends, etc., covering all domestic power petroleum products and environmental protection According to the types of customers, seasonal differences and power equipment requirements, etc., different blending technologies for basic raw materials have been developed, and product standards for various products have been formulated.
3. Methanol gasoline
Methanol gasoline can be used on various gasoline vehicles. Methanol gasoline has its inherent advantages. The octane number is 112, which is higher than the national standard gasoline. Start, solve its low-temperature ignition performance, do not add gasoline, only add a small amount of low-temperature ignition accelerator, this technology is the first case in China; but methanol gasoline has its inherent shortcomings, M100 methanol gasoline is not suitable for long-term high-speed operation, if Please add 10-15 percent gasoline for long-term operation above 3000 rpm, otherwise it will cause high-temperature breakdown of the spark plug; at this stage, production bases with an annual output of 800,000 tons of methanol gasoline have been built in Wuxi, Xuzhou, Chongqing and other places in China;
4. Methanol diesel
Methanol has a congenital cetane number of 3, so it does not have the basis to completely replace diesel; and methanol has a low flash point, and the profit per ton of methanol diesel blended by Weiming Environmental Protection is 800-1000 yuan (based on the original profit increase), to ensure that the flash point reaches safe storage, and all domestic and imported cars can be used.
